Leadership is

        Giving

              when you feel like keeping,

        Praying for others

              when you need to be prayed for,

        Feeding others

              when your own soul is hungry,

        Living the truth before others

              even when you can't see results,

        Hurting with others

              when your own hurt can't be spoken,

        Keeping your word

              even when it is not convenient.

Leadership is

        Being faithful

              when your flesh wants to run the other

                      way.

       在想据为己有的时候

　

          给别人，

　

       在需要别人为您祷告的时候

　

          为别人祈祷，

　

      当你心灵饥渴的时候

　

          喂饱别人，

　

       不见果效的时候

　

          在别人前面坚行真理，

　

       当您的痛苦难以告人的时候

　

          分担别人的痛苦，

　

       即始在不方便的时候

　

          信守承诺，

　

   领导是

　

       当您知道什么是对的

　

          但肉体却不听话的时候，

　

             坚守信仰。
